  • 1 bag marshmallows Soft, gooey texture complements brownies.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips For drizzling over the kabobs.
  • Wooden skewers For assembling the kabobs.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray mini muffin tins with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, water, and vanilla until frothy.
  3. Gradually sprinkle the brownie mix over the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  4. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tins, dividing evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a cake tester comes out clean.
  5. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Clean and dry strawberries, remove tops, and slice if desired for uniform pieces.
  7. Cut cooled brownies into bite-sized pieces.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the skewers by layering strawberries, brownie pieces, and marshmallows in a fun pattern.
  2. Lay skewers on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in a glass bowl in the microwave for about two minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Transfer melted chocolate to a plastic bag, snip off the corner, and drizzle over the kabobs.
  5. Refrigerate skewers for a few minutes to set the chocolate.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the brownie batter or use a mix of different-sized strawberries for a rustic feel. Consider adding banana slices or pineapple chunks for variety.
