Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups crumbled leftover stuffing Any variety such as sage-infused or cornbread.
  • 2 large eggs Helps bind the stuffing and adds protein.
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or turkey stock Add more as needed for consistency.
Serving Suggestions
  • as needed leftover cranberry sauce For serving.
  • as needed leftover gravy For serving.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your waffle baker and grease it with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crumbled stuffing and eggs. Mix in about 1/4 cup of chicken broth until well combined, adding more broth if necessary.
Cooking
  1. Scoop half of the stuffing mixture into the waffle baker, spreading it evenly.
  2. Close the lid and bake until golden brown and the egg is fully cooked.
  3. Repeat with the remaining stuffing mixture.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with cranberry sauce and gravy on the side.

Notes

For best results, use simple stuffings without large vegetables. Warm stuffing helps mix better and avoid opening the waffle baker too frequently to maintain shape. Cook until golden brown for crispy waffles.
