Method

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook the ground beef on medium heat until it’s almost cooked through but still slightly pink, about 7-10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, grated parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the beef. Mix until melded.
  3. Continue to cook the mixture until the beef is fully cooked and no longer pink.
Assembling the Wrap
  1. In the center of a tortilla wrap, place a slice of American cheese and about 1/3 cup of the beef mixture. Top with tomato slices and romaine lettuce.
  2. Customize with ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise as desired.
Grilling the Wraps
  1. Roll up the tortilla tightly, seam-side down, and grill on a preheated indoor grill for about 3-4 minutes per side, until grill marks appear.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately for best taste and texture.

Notes

Opt for higher quality ground beef for better flavor. Experiment with different cheeses or add jalapeños for spice. Let grilled wraps cool slightly before cutting to prevent spilling.
