Vegetable Side
  • 2 medium carrots Peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces for crunch.
  • 2 sticks celery Cut into 2-inch pieces.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by cutting each chicken wing at the joint to separate the mini wing and the drumette. Place the pieces in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle in the baking powder and pepper, tossing until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket and cook at 210°C (410°F) for 30-35 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes.
Making the Buffalo Sauce
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the hot sauce, butter, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, honey, and salt.
  2. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute, until the butter is melted and the sauce is integrated.
Prepare the Blue Cheese Sauce
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the blue cheese sauce until smooth.
Serving
  1. Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  2. Serve alongside the blue cheese sauce, garnished with carrot and celery sticks.

Notes

Extra crispiness can be achieved by preheating the air fryer. For even coating, consider double-dipping the wings.
